Refund policy

Returns Policy from the Manufacturer/ Distributor 

We want you to be delighted with your AC product choice. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will take back sold items within seven days from the date of delivery for either an exchange or refund subject to the following:

• The product must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging and be unused with no visible defects. A delivery fee of 200 AED will be charged for collection of the item.
• A restocking fee of 25% of product(s) value applies.
• Refund / exchanges do not apply to products which have been already installed. However, these products are warrantied for 5 years against manufacture defects under the CoolCare Protection Plan
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used.
• Products should be accompanied by the original sales invoice (email confirmation) received at the time of order.
