Shipping policy

Unless otherwise stated, We provide free next day delivery within the UAE subject to the following:

• the delivery address is within the United Arab Emirates
• the delivery address is accessible by vehicle via public, open roads
• the method of shipment is standard

For delivery requests which do not meet the above conditions please contact us to receive a quotation for shipping costs which will be added to your order. In the event of a non-delivery due to customer error (i.e. wrong name, address, or unavailability at the confirmed delivery date and time, or, any other wrong information) extra costs incurred by our company for redelivery shall be payable by the customer.
